If you believe that your content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and its previous location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the applicable court and agree to accept service of process from the party who submitted the original DMCA notification
5. Processing of Notifications
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, Olyviax will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and take reasonable steps to notify the affected user. If a valid counter-notification is received, it will be forwarded to the original complainant, and the material may be restored within 10–14 business days unless legal action is initiated.
6. Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Olyviax has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are considered repeat infringers. We may also restrict access to our services for violations of intellectual property rights.
